It's ideal for business launches, art shows, pop-ups, training sessions, brunches, classes, team-building events, filming, fashion shows, small music performances, and parties.

Par uplighting is available to set the mood, and for an extra fee the space can include DJ speakers, a dressing room, a cash bar with a bartender, white chairs, tall boy tables, and black tablecloths.

Allowed events

Host rules

• No smoking or hookah is allowed.
• Smoke machines are allowed.
• Furniture and decorations may be moved.
• Nudity is allowed.
• Set up and break down/clean up time must be included in your booking.
• All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage; the use of glitter, tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited.
• Equipment/accessories, decor and all personal items brought in must be removed from space, restroom, storage room and event space by end of booking.
• All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking.
• Venue space floors must be swept by end of booking.
