No candles or open flames allowed. We provide flameless, battery-operated candles for your use.
No smoking or vaping inside the property, including marijuana. Fire use like candles, incense, or sage is also prohibited. A $200 per day charge will apply if this rule is broken.
Use the provided wastebaskets, not the toilet, for trash.
Parties are not allowed. Only the number of guests on the reservation may enter the property. Cameras are in place to monitor this, and violations may result in removal without a refund.
Keep noise levels down after 10 PM. A noise detector is in place.
No pets allowed. Service animals require prior approval.
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
Excessively dirty units will result in extra cleaning fees, backed by photo evidence. Any costs incurred due to rule violations, such as refunds to future guests, will be charged to you.
Violating these rules may lead to termination of your reservation without a refund and removal from the property.
