Host rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the building.
2. Outside catering is allowed.
3. No alcohol is permitted after 11 PM.
4. No loud music allowed. Small events are permitted. Contact management for more details.
5. No one is allowed to lie, sit, or sleep on the beds. Beds are for filming purposes only. If beds need to be set up or removed for a scene, management will handle it.
6. All children must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Productions must comply with child labor laws. Failure to do so will result in the production being shut down.
7. For safety, music video productions must provide a call sheet with the cast/extras listed. Female cast members may have one assistant. Artists can have up to four guests (managers/stylists excluded). Anyone not on the list will be asked to leave or the production will be shut down.
8. Loud music cannot be played after 9 PM EST.
9. Absolutely no firearms or drugs are allowed on the property. Please communicate this clearly to the cast, artists, and their management.
10. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was provided.
11. Logistics will be discussed after booking is confirmed.
12. Guests may use street parking.
13. Public transportation is not available nearby.
