Rules & Guidelines:
* Stage Painting: The stage may not be freshly painted before your booking. Contact us for details on our fresh stage paint fee.
* Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or stains to the studio or furnishings.
* Vehicle Policy: Vehicles are only permitted in the studio with prior written approval and payment of a paint fee.
* No Weapons: We enforce a strict no-weapon policy on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises.
* Booking Time: Your total booking time includes setup, shoot time, breakdown, and clean-up.
* Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings within 24 hours are subject to availability. Please inquire to confirm.
* Space Access: This booking includes only the space mentioned in the title and the restroom. Additional rooms seen in photos are available as add-ons.
* Attendee Limit: Provide the number of attendees prior to booking for approval.
* Space Maintenance: Leave the space as you found it. Ensure no personal items are left behind.
* Furniture: If furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original position before the end of your booking.
* Media Usage: The studio reserves limited rights to use photos, film, and other media from your session for promotional purposes when granted by the client.
* Restricted Areas: Do not enter any office space or restricted areas unless booked. The outside area is restricted; guests must remain indoors. Unless approved by the host.
* Exit on Time: Exceeding your event time by more than 15 minutes will incur an additional hour charge.
