Host rules

Booking begins exactly at the allotted time. All setup and breakdown must be done within such time
No Smoking In the Studio. If there is smoking the client will be charged a $350 fine!
No Confetti, Glitter, or Smoke machine allowed
No pets
You are responsible for all your guest
You are allowed only the amount of attendees you list on booking additional guests will be charged a $10 fee per additional guest per hour
Max of 5-10 Guest allowed For studio
Max of 20 for events
Furniture and props may be moved
No taking props or equipment outside space
No Hanging items on walls
No photos are allowed outside the space
Renters must leave the studio as they found it
If the furniture is has been moved, renters must put everything back before the end of the booking
No Damaging of Property or Equipment

About Multipurpose Studio

This ranch-style Multipurpose Studio, set on 1.17 acres, is designed for photographers, videographers, and event organizers. Located near the Atlanta's airport, the space includes a full master bedroom and bath, a living and dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and two large decks overlooking the grounds. The decks and open land provide an ideal setting for events or outdoor activities.

Inside, the studio features an industrial-style blackout room for controlled lighting and a backdrop room for headshots and portraits. The furniture can be moved to fit your needs, making it adaptable for pop-up events, small gatherings, business meetings, or content creation.

Amenities included with the rental are refreshments, a Keurig coffee machine, a clothing steamer, a vanity mirror, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker. This versatile space is perfect for creatives, entrepreneurs, and anyone requiring a flexible venue for projects or events. Exact address upon booking.
