ID Requirement: A copy of your ID and the IDs of all guests (including names and ages of minors) is required at booking for safety and liability reasons.
Respect the Home: Please treat the home with care. We conduct a full walkthrough after every reservation, and any damages will be reported to Airbnb with supporting photos.
We provide limited paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and towels. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.

No guests or visitors are allowed to hang out or engage in any activity in front of the property at any time.

Oversized vehicles are not allowed, and vehicles left after checkout will be towed immediately.
Do not block the neighbor’s driveway or garage.

No Smoking: Smoking inside the property will incur a $500 fee if evidence is found.
No Parties: No large gatherings or more than six guests without written permission (extra charges may apply for additional guests).
Respect the Neighbors: No hanging out in front of the property. Re-entry after checkout is not allowed.
Supplies: Do not remove supplies from the house, and do not have packages delivered during your stay.
Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
Do not use oils, beauty products, liquids, hair dye, food, bath products, nail polish, or shoe polish on beds or furniture.
Trash: Please avoid leaving trash on the floor or outside the house.
Booking for Others: If you are booking for someone else, you must notify us, or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
