Host rules

General Rules:

1. Booking & Access:
- Events must be booked in advance, with full payment or deposit required to secure the reservation.
- Event setup and breakdown must occur within the rented hours unless special arrangements are made.
- A designated onsite event host will be available to assist throughout the event.

2. Capacity:
- The maximum capacity for the venue is [X] guests (specify based on your space limits).
- Events exceeding the capacity limit may be canceled or fined.

3. Event Time:
- Events must begin and end at the scheduled time. Exceeding the reserved time may incur additional charges.
