Host rules
To ensure we are able to properly clean and prepare the venue for the next event, all items and vehicles must be removed from the venue the night of your wedding.
We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval by Whitestone) at the ceremony and pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom.
Outside food and drink is permitted prior to the ceremony. It is not allowed after the start of the event.
Candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Open flame, and Open tapered candles are not allowed for safety reasons.
We do not allow nails, tacks or staples. Also, our celiing heights and beams are very tall and not reachable by a ladder. For this reason, we do not allow for anything to be hung from the beams. We hope that you will find them beautiful without any extra work!

Our inclusive packages start at just $6,900 for a Micro Wedding (offered Monday-Thursday), and $12,800 for our Sweet Grace Wedding Package! Ten acres of peaceful land surround the stately white venue, creating a sense of exclusivity and privacy for your special day. Whitestone Reserve has both indoor and outdoor spaces available to host your special day! Located just 18 miles west of Atlanta in Cobb County. Spacious and accommodating, it is adaptable to the needs of individual events. Given its close proximity to Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, it is an ideal location for welcoming guests from far and wide.
Whitestone Reserve is situated in the leafy suburbs of Austell, a small but charming city bordering the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The venue combines indoor and outdoor spaces to offer a full, stylish package in which to celebrate. Sitting upon pristinely landscaped gardens, it offers many picturesque scenes ideal for snapping wedding photos.
The management of Whitestone Reserve is proud to welcome parties to this purpose-built venue and can provide assistance to couples throughout their wedding experience. The venue includes tables and chairs for convenience to ensure the whole party can celebrate in comfort. Up to 160 guests can raise a glass to love in the ballroom, and there is further space outside on the sunset lawn encircled with beautiful custom lighting . They can also provide information on the surrounding area which features a host of sights to see and many accommodation options. There are plenty of opportunities for a big day out in the days surrounding the event with Atlanta and Marietta on their doorstep.
