About this space
The main lodge and meeting room of the Center can comfortably accommodate up to approximately 30 people. There are two bathrooms, plus ample outdoor decking with seating. Additionally, private breakout rooms may also be available.
The central meeting room is 24×24, for a cozy 480 square feet. The connected entry space and the kitchen serving area provide 300 additional square feet.
The sanctuary grounds have walking paths, gardens, meditation areas, a koi pond, a labyrinth, a fire pit, diverse wildlife, and a beautiful wet-weather creek and escarpment that offer a relaxing and restorative experience for you or your group.

Event organizers are responsible for all guests and their behavior, care, and well-being during the event and overnight. Organizers are responsible for establishing the ground rules and expectations their overnight guests commit to in alignment with Lotus Bend Sanctuary policies.

About Lotus Bend Sanctuary
Lotus Bend Sanctuary is a 6.5 acre private meeting place located 20 minutes south of downtown Austin via State Highway 45 SW, but feels a world away from the city.
The center is a lush garden oasis centrally located to Wimberley, San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, and neighboring cities and is situated at the back end of the Chaparral Park Neighborhood of the South Austin/Manchaca area.
The main meeting space can host up to 30 people in round tables and chairs, has two smaller adjoining breakout rooms, a full kitchen, two unisex bathrooms, and plenty of surrounding decks and seating.
Free parking is available on the adjoining front lot and beautiful evening mood lighting creates an evening to remember. The overall property consists of open grass area, wet-weather creek zone, forested area, large koi pond, labyrinth, meditation deck, large group fire circle, and has been professionally landscaped for over 28 years.
An 800 sq ft+ upstairs 2bdrm apartment is available for up to 4 overnight guests, and three of the downstairs break out rooms can be quickly converted into overnight sleeping quarters after your event for an additional rental fee, depending upon the size of the group.
