The venue offers a variety of amenities to accommodate different types of events, whether informal or formal. The entrance level features a flexible floor plan that can be easily arranged for standing or seated areas. The well-appointed kitchen can be utilized for preparing meals from scratch or serving as a caterer staging area.
Guests will appreciate the convenience of nine large “farm tables” with seating, plates, glasses, utensils, and napkins available for up to 50 people at no extra charge. Wireless internet access is provided via satellite with no password required. Parking is ample, with space for more than 100 cars in a field immediately adjacent to the house.
The house includes three bathrooms, and for events with over 100 guests, additional portable toilets are necessary. The entire first floor, including a bedroom and bathroom, is wheelchair accessible. Event rental pricing varies based on the type of event, dates, and the number of attendees.

Host rules
1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted to stay overnight at The Plant is 10 adults and 2 children. The maximum number of guests permitted to visit The Plant for one non-overnight event is 15. The user must arrange for a port-o-potty for general use at events expecting 100 or more guests. The user will be required to pay an "extra guest" fee for any persons beyond this occupancy limit. The "extra guest" fee is $100 per person. The user shall not be entitled to any refund if fewer than the expected number of guests stay overnight or attend an event, unless agreed upon by the owner in advance.
2. Trash: Removal of trash is the responsibility of the user.
3. Music: The user agrees to have no amplified music after 11 PM.
4. Pets: A limited number of pets are welcome at The Plant with prior written approval of the owner and at an additional charge of $25 per day per pet. All pets must be current on all vaccinations, including, without limitation, rabies and parvo virus vaccinations. All pets must be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent (such as Advantage) three days prior to arrival at The Plant. Note that fleas and ticks are prevalent in the area. Pets must be kept within the gated areas of the property at all times while at The Plant. No pets are permitted on the furniture or other furnishings located in The Plant; any evidence that a pet has been on the furniture or furnishings will result in additional cleaning fees. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
5. Children: All children must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian at all times while at The Plant.
6. No smoking will be allowed at any time in any building or in the swimming pool area at The Plant. A $10 additional cleaning fee will be charged for each cigar or cigarette butt found.
