Our House Studio offers a variety of features for productive and relaxed gatherings. It includes three break-out areas ideal for small groups of 4-8 people, a stylish outdoor lounge, and a pool table for entertainment. Enjoy adjustable ambiance with dimmable lighting, and make use of the fully equipped kitchen for refreshments.
The venue also features a convenient changing area with a clothing rack and full-length mirror, along with high-tech options like an 85" Smart TV and a 90" projection screen for presentations or entertainment.

- Please take great care of our space
- No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls
- Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed
- Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed
- Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs
- No smoking allowed in the space
- No glitter or confetti can be used
- There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke unless it is on the grill located on the exterior
- The type of filming must be disclosed and approved prior to acceptance of booking. We do not allow nudity. Filming in bedroom areas must be approved prior to booking and is only for photo shoots or films not involving nudity or sexual genre.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
With our spacious breakout areas, our location is ideal for off-site team meetings and presentations. The unique style, well-lit rooms, generous spaces, and convenient parking for loading and unloading make it perfect for productions, photoshoots, videos, and interviews.
Our residence spans 3100 square feet and is situated on a 7000 square foot lot in the Beverly Hills Flats, just five blocks from Century City. There is one powder room available for use.
For production purposes, all areas of the home are accessible, but approval in writing is required before booking any second-floor spaces. Additionally, relevant permits and insurance are mandatory.
