Located on the middle floor, our venue holds a stylish and comfortable mid-century modern lounge space.
This space is perfect to be used as a dance studio or to hold smaller gatherings such as birthday parties.
Additionally, a professional sound system and ambient lighting are installed throughout the space, as well as chairs and tables that can be used when needed. Any event can have its lighting customized to fit its theme.

Before becoming home to our studio, the Exchange Hall served as a community space, home to banquets, parties, and weddings.
