16ft ceilings and great light throughout the day. Windows are facing east.
You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio.
The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.
Also after booking you will get video instructions
- How to get into the building and find the studio.

- 1 x Steamer
- 1 x Rolling rack
- 5 x 10x 12FT Pure Muslin Collapsible Backdrop
Chandeliers are not adjustable. They are currently at 6'4, 7'8 and 8'5 height.
If you need to adjust the height of the chandeliers, it's possible for an extra fee and if you let me know a couple of days in advance.
If you need to use a freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will need special instructions for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator.
General Rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration while making the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200
-No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $200
-No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100
-No confetti/glitter/faux moss/feathers/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/soil/sand/petals in the space. Penalty Fee $200
-No standing on the furniture/bedlinen with shoes on. Fee $100
-No tape of any kind on the walls.
-Don’t lose the Bathroom Fob. Fee $100
-Street parking only
🎤 You will not be able to record clear sound in this studio
-Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date

About MikSpace - Stewart Ave
We offer a number of spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Our spaces include cycloramas as well as spaces with paper and muslin backdrops. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings (12 ft to 16ft high) and are of 500 sq. ft to 1300 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with two flash strobes and an air trigger remote included. More gear is available as add-ons.
