Unique indoor/outdoor event space located in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn. Our space can accommodate up to 75 guests. There is a 5-hour booking minimum and all events must end by 12am.

*Pleaee include time needed to setup time or clean-up as this is not complimentary. All music must stop at 11pm. Please reach out about add-ons for rentable items available (Cocktail tables, tents, outdoor heaters, chaffer buffets, backdrops, pedestals, etc).
This space is great for baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, small weddings, repass, receptions, graduation parties, BBQs, birthday parties, brunch parties, private dinners, fashion shows, sip and paint, pop up events etc.
** VENDOR RENTALS*** Please confirm with all vendors, the pick-up time for any rental items. All items must be picked up the same day as the event,l. Any rental items left for next-day pickup will be subject to a $150 daily overnight storage fee.

Host rules
An additional $200 security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the event and will be refunded at the end of the event (if no damages are reported). This can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Security deposits are fully refundable in the event of cancelation.
-Smoking is allowed only in the backyard area.
-Guests are not allowed to congregate in front of event space.
-Sale of alcoholic beverages without proper permit/license is prohibited. Proper proof of permit/license to be provided no later than 7 days prior to event date.
-Decorations are permitted but must be approved prior. Tape and Glue on the walls are not allowed. All display exhibits and decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. The renter is responsible for taking down all approved decorations prior to leaving.
-Renters are responsiblefor the full setup and takedown of space during their booking. The space must look the same as it was given.
- Renter is responsible for any damages to property that may have been caused by the Renter and/or the Renter’s guests. Renter’s are required to adhere to all rules listed or discussed and are required to ensure their guests honor them as well. Host will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Renter on the day of the Event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the Event ends. Host reserves the right to make a thorough inspection of the property and identify/assess damages within five (5) business days of the event. If damage has occurred, we will provide an itemized list to the Renter and host will invoice renter for payment in full or deduct expenses from deposit. Note: We will make reasonable best efforts to repair all damages prior to contacting renter in the event equipment can be fixed on site.
-Guest must confirm the pick up time for any external vendor rentals. Any items not picked up with the event end time and clean up time will be subject to a $150 overnight fee.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
