Equipped with a range of professional photography gear, including backdrops, softboxes, reflectors, and stands, our studio ensures you have all the tools necessary for your creative projects. High-speed Wi-Fi and a sound system add to your convenience. The chic, minimalist décor, high ceilings, and polished concrete floors provide a stylish and versatile backdrop for any shoot. A private changing room and makeup station are available to ensure your models and clients have a comfortable space to prepare, while our fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for food shoots, catering, and food preparation during longer sessions.

- Your booking time includes setup and teardown. Please ensure you have enough time within your booking to accommodate both.
- Overtime will be charged at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

2. **Respect the Space**:
- Treat the studio and its contents with care. Report any damages immediately.
- No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
- Do not hang or mount anything on the walls without prior approval.

3. **Cleanliness**:
- Please clean up after your session. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins.

4. **Noise Levels**:
- Keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants in the building.
- No loud music or activities after 10 PM.

5. **Equipment and Props**:
- Handle all equipment and props with care. Report any malfunctioning equipment.
- Return all equipment and props to their designated places after use.

6. **Kitchen Use**:
- Clean up any spills immediately. Wash any dishes or utensils used and put them back in their respective places.
- Dispose of food waste properly and take any leftover food with you.

7. **Safety**:
- Ensure all exits are clear of obstructions.
- Do not leave the studio unattended with any equipment running.
- No open flames or hazardous materials allowed in the studio.

8. **Guests and Conduct**:
- The person booking the studio is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
- Respect the privacy and work of others in the building.

9. **Pets**:
- Pets are allowed with notice during the booking process.
