Host rules

(a) No Outside Food & Beverage: No outside food and/or beverage of any kind will be permitted at the Event without prior written consent of Hotel. Hotel reserves the right to impose the Administrative Fee in connection with service of outside food and/or beverage brought in by Group or any other third party.
(d) Signage: Signs and banners are not allowed in Hotel’s public areas. In regard to Group’s meeting space, all signs must be professionally printed and their placement and posting must be pre-approved by the Hotel’s Convention Services Department. Nothing shall be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Distribution of gummed stickers or labels is strictly prohibited.
(e) Tables, Decor, Props, Staging: Table locations must be in compliance with the local fire department regulations pertaining to mandatory aisles and fire exits. Group is responsible for ensuring that decorations, props, or staging brought into the Hotel comply with local fire department regulations. Group may not utilize pyrotechnics. The use of any items in the Event or function space that create noise, fog, smoke, music, sparks, flames, cannons, confetti, noise makers, candles or incense are forbidden without written consent of Hotel (at its sole and absolution discretion) which consent must be in the form of a mutually executed amendment to this Contract. All permits related to the Event, including for such aforementioned items, are to be obtained by and at the sole expense of Group and will be subject to a clean-up charge as well as a charge to re-set fire alarms, if needed. Votive candles are permitted. All candles must be enclosed in glass. Taper candles are not permitted. All hanging candles must be battery operated. Open flames are not permitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all decor proposed by Group will be subject to the prior written approval of Hotel in each instance.
