About this space
This versatile venue offers a spacious area of approximately 1,500 square feet, providing ample room for a variety of events. The seating arrangement includes 10 rectangular 6-foot tables and 75 black chairs, with additional seating available for rent if needed. The space comfortably accommodates 50 to 60 guests for seated events, and up to 75 guests for standing events when using cocktail tables.
The venue is equipped with modern amenities, including Bluetooth speakers, WiFi, and LED spotlights, ensuring that your event runs smoothly. A fully managed bar, with customizable packages, adds to the convenience, and a cooler is available for your use.
Additional services can be arranged, such as decor setup (which requires booking at least a month in advance), and rental items like a 360-camera booth, throne chairs, large numbers, area rugs, and access to an outdoor space. Items such as stereos, ice, plastic tablecloths, cups, plates, and dinnerware are also available for purchase.
Comprehensive cleaning services are included, covering the entire space, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and high-touch areas, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for your event.
While the venue features a kitchen equipped with a double sink, steam table, food warmer, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as two bathrooms, it is important to note that it is not wheelchair accessible due to a small step to the first floor. An outdoor space is available for an additional fee, depending on weather conditions.
Please be aware that outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted, as the venue provides a fully stocked bar service.

Host rules
No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Prohibited Recording Devices: Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are strictly prohibited.
Food and Beverage Policies:
Alcoholic Beverages: If any alcoholic beverages are found on the premises, a $300 fee will be charged. Limited alcoholic beverages are allowed at children's events, provided by us depending on the package chosen.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the building or in front of it. Smoking is permitted in the backyard, 5 feet away from the building.
Prohibited Items: No confetti poppers or balloons with confetti are allowed inside or outside the building. A $75 fee will be charged for violations.
Wall Damage: No tape, nails, screws, or staples are allowed on our walls as they damage the paint. A $100 fee will be charged for any wall damage. You may bring or rent a backdrop stand if needed.
Public Events: No ticketed events open to the public are allowed.
Environmental Safety: Do not release balloons outside as they can get stuck in trees and electrical wires. A $100 fee will be charged for removal.
Trash and Recycling: Do not leave food, liquids, or trash inside or outside.
Building Etiquette: No hanging out or drinking in front of the building. The backyard is not included unless added as an add-on.
Audio Equipment: Our high-performance speaker is not included and must be selected as an add-on.
Child Supervision: Children must not be left alone in the backyard.
Guest Count: If more guests arrive than estimated (e.g., 50 estimated, 55 or more guests), additional charges will apply.
Set-Up Time: Please include set-up time when booking as no free extra time is provided.
