- No alcohol consumption after 11 PM.
- No smoking in the backyard patio.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Pay for all seltzer, soda, or snack purchases; cold and hot water is free.

- Security cameras are in use, with one camera monitoring the lobby entrance. Recordings are saved for 24 hours unless needed for an incident.
