Host rules
– Stick to the agreed rental times. Arrive on time and finish within the scheduled period.
– Clean and sanitize everything you use—surfaces, appliances, utensils, and equipment. Dispose of trash properly, and leave the kitchen as you found it.
– Follow the venue's instructions for using kitchen equipment. Be careful with knives, hot surfaces, and anything potentially dangerous.
– No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises since it's a smoke-free building.
– Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing others nearby.
– Follow security protocols, like locking doors and windows when entering or leaving. Report any suspicious activity to the venue staff.
– You’re responsible for any damage to the kitchen, equipment, or property. Report any issues to the staff immediately.
– Before decorating, get permission from the venue management. Some decorations may require prior approval.
– Use decorations that won’t damage the venue. Avoid nails, screws, or sticky adhesives—use removable hooks or painter’s tape instead.
– Ensure decorations comply with fire safety rules. Avoid flammable materials or items that block fire exits, sprinklers, or alarms.
– Don’t make permanent changes to the venue, such as painting or installing fixtures, without permission.
– Confetti, glitter, and balloons are not allowed, as they can cause cleanup issues or environmental damage.
– Make sure decorations don’t create safety hazards. Keep items clear of head height and walkways, and avoid overloading electrical outlets.
– If your decorations cause damage, you’ll be responsible for repairs. Report any damage to the venue staff right away.
