About this space
Our space has impressive 20-foot ceilings and offers 1,500 square feet of usable area, along with ground-floor garage door access.
We are conveniently located in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, just a 20-minute ride from Manhattan and a 5-10-minute walk to most subway stations.
At Residency Studios, we have an extensive list of equipment available for your use. This includes a Kino Robot, a GoPro 11 kit with three batteries and an SD card, and a DJI wireless microphone kit complete with a lavalier mic. Additionally, we offer a camera tripod, two light stands, and a teleprompter.
For lighting, we provide an Aputure 600c Pro kit with a stand, along with four Aputure mini light panels and two Astera 4ft kits. If you're looking for aerial shots, the DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone is also available.
Our camera equipment features the Lumix S1H, which comes with a mic adapter and several lenses: a 24-70mm f/2.8, a 35mm f/1.4, a 70-200mm f/2.8, and a 70mm macro f/2.8. We also have three batteries for this setup. For audio, we provide a Rode mic jack for DSLRs and a Neumann KM 81 XLR mic.
We have two 150-volt flashlights with four grids (10°, 20°, 30°, and 40°), along with clothing racks and a steamer for your convenience. Additionally, a mannequin is available, which is perfect for e-commerce shoots.
Our private event space is ideal for various purposes, including pop-ups, presentations, cocktail events, market appointments, or gallery exhibitions.
