Host rules

- Smoking is allowed in the space upon request
- No alcohol will be sold but you can bring what you need
- Outside catering is allowed and in-house catering can be provided
- No illegal drugs and weapons are allowed in the space
- Depending on the event, we may require an additional paid hour before for setup and an additional hour after for cleanup.
- Freight elevator can only be operated by staff members.
- The use of equipment, props, and lighting may require a deposit
- Respect the Space: Treat the venue and its furnishings with care. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party.
- Occupancy Limits: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for the space as outlined in your booking agreement.
- Cleaning Up: Guests are expected to clean up after their event.
- Alcohol Policy: If alcohol is being served, please ensure it complies with local laws and regulations. A designated bartender or server is recommended.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon and documented in the booking.
- Setup and Breakdown: Guests may access the space for setup and breakdown at the times specified in the booking agreement. Additional fees may apply for extended hours.
- Use of Equipment: All equipment and props must be used carefully. Please ask for assistance if you are unsure about the use of any items.
- Safety Compliance: All events must comply with fire and safety regulations. No exits or fire lanes may be obstructed.
- Decorations: Any decorations must be approved prior to the event. No tape or adhesive may be used on walls without permission.
- Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself and your guests with the location of emergency exits and fire extinguishers.
- First Aid: A basic first aid kit is available on-site. Guests should report any injuries or incidents immediately.
