About this space

Our front room offers a 29ft x 20ft open, sun-drenched space with white walls, rustic white wood floors, and a wall of windows framing the Manhattan skyline. The 15-foot ceiling enhances the spacious feel, making it ideal for classes, meetings, rehearsals, filming, and photoshoots.

A separate hair and makeup (HMU) room provides privacy for makeup artists and models, doubling as a comfortable spot for editing or relaxing. Included amenities: coffee maker, teapot, AC, heater, water bottles, and mini snacks—everything you need to keep your session productive and enjoyable. Our studio is filled with vintage decor pieces that double as props or photo setups. A record player with a variety of vinyl options is available and can be used as a Bluetooth speaker under "Wooden Music Center" for phone connectivity.

Host rules

Guest Count: Book accurately. Extra guests incur a $20/hour fee.

Furniture/Equipment: Don’t move large items or backdrops without permission; $150 fine + replacement costs if damaged.

Decor: No confetti or glitter; $50 cleaning fee.

No Smoking/Drinking: $100 fine for violations.

Noise: No loud music; you may be asked to leave if complaints arise.

Boundaries: Shooting is allowed only inside the studio. You can't shoot in the hallways, stairs, and rooftops.

Backdrop: Don’t disassemble without notice. Use C-Stand for extra colors.

Clean Up: Return space to original condition. Include clean-up time in the booking.

Keys: Return to Masterlock after use; $150 fine if not.

Freight/Person Elevators: Use freight for large items. The renter assumes responsibility for accidents/damages.

Loading Dock: First come, first served; no parking.

Presence: Keep a team member in the studio at all times.

Containment: All items must stay in the studio; $1,000 fine for violations.

Minors: Supervise at all times; studio not liable for unattended minors.
