designers collab is a versatile loft-style venue offering both indoor and outdoor spaces, accommodating up to 250 guests. This spacious location features 22-foot high ceilings, large windows, and abundant natural light, making it ideal for productions, pop-ups, and events.
The indoor area includes modern decor, ample seating, and display options, catering to a range of setups for retail, art, and social gatherings. Outside, a private courtyard with checkerboard flooring and red seating adds a unique touch, perfect for open-air gatherings. The venue’s adaptable layout supports diverse creative and social uses, making it suitable for anything from intimate art showings to larger collaborative events.

Host rules
1. No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
2. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
3. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
4. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
5. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
