Host rules
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Catering: Outside catering is permitted.
Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol service must end by midnight.
Alcohol can be served and consumed but cannot be sold during events.
Guest Limit & Security: Events with 50 or more guests require mandatory security staff.
Meeting Rates: Meeting rates apply only to groups of 20 or fewer.
Damage Deposit: A $300 refundable damage deposit is required for events serving alcohol. Please contact us to discuss further details.
Pets: Pets are allowed.
Walls: No nails, or tape, without management's approval.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
