The James and Martha Duffy Performance Space is a 3,600 square feet column-free studio located on the top floor of the Mark Morris Dance Center with views overlooking historic Downtown Brooklyn. Featuring modern lighting and sound equipment, adjacent lobby and terrace areas, and multi-use flooring designed for dance, this flexible space can be customized to suit all of your event's needs.

- Use of open flame is strictly prohibited, not matter the circumstance.
- Details outlining deliveries, what is being served and how food is being served must be confirmed no less than one month before the booking date.
- Please remove all food items from the space at the end of their booking. If additional trash pick up is required, guest will be billed for any expenses incurred.
- It is the renter's responsibility to ensure alcohol is not served to underage individuals under any circumstances.
- Alcohol must not be left unattended at any time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
