Although the venue is a school, it’s open for private events - whether it’s for kids or adults. Renters get access to 2500 ft² of space, which can be set up as one big room, two medium rooms, or three smaller areas - super handy if you’ve got different things going on at the same time. You can throw a birthday party with a dance floor, dining space, and a breakout room, or set up a kids’ activity with a play area, a parents’ lounge, and a food display.

Guests can use all the amenities, including a projector, mics, tables, chairs, and benches.

• Cabinets and materials are not available for use, please bring your own materials for set-up, event, and tear-down.
• Do not touch, or take down any hanging art-work - these are long term projects children are working on.
• Ensure all trash is disposed of before the rental period ends.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.

Bed-Stuy Open Concept School & Space is a venue guests can use for birthday parties, wedding receptions, functions, workshops, corporate events, kids activities, and pretty much anything else that fits up to 75 people.

The venue is fully accessible and adapted for kids and parents. It might take a few minutes to find a spot for parking, but a public bus stop is nearby.
