About this space

Our 3,800 sq. ft. studio loft is a wide-open space with two levels. It is perfect for photo shoots, productions, and private events. One floor offers hardwood and the other is carpeted, offering options for how you want to set up.

The layout is clean and flexible—easy to transform or use as-is—and filled with natural light from multiple skylights and large windows. It works just as well for creative sessions as it does for intimate dinners, sound-driven occasions, or pop-up events. You can bring in your vendors, and we’re available around the clock to accommodate setups that don’t stick to a typical schedule.

Host rules

- Booking is secured with a signed agreement, 50% down payment, and a refundable deposit.
- You can use any vendor but must provide insurance for corporate vendors.
- Setup starts at your contracted time; early load-in may be possible.
- Candles must be enclosed and taller than the flame.
- Breakdown requires removal of all items and proper disposal or packing of rentals by your vacate time.

The Ornate Studio is a 4,400 sq. ft. duplex loft in downtown Brooklyn. It is built for flexibility across events and creative work. The venue includes three private offices, four meeting rooms, and specific areas for hair, makeup, and closets.

With four bathrooms, Wi-Fi, ground-level loading, and two separate entrances, our space supports a stress-free experience. For a music event, a team building, or a film shoot, we welcome outside vendors and offer the kind of infrastructure that helps your ideas come to life.
