There's plenty of room for added entertainment like a jumper, mechanical bull, DJ setup, or even a 35-foot-long video game truck parked in the front driveway. A private bathroom is also available for your convenience, making this space a complete package for any event.

~Please do NOT book if your family and friends do not know how to behave or condone themselves. Your event will be cancelled without a refund if guests get out of hand
~The landscaping is not a playground. Please monitor kids, they should not be throwing rocks into the grass/plants/anywhere. Loss of noticeable number of rocks will result in additional charges for me to buy more bags of rocks. Please keep an eye on children. Bathroom isn't for playing
~Should go without saying, but do not block my driveway or other people's driveways or leave your car unattended in the street. Please let your friends and family know IN ADVANCE!
$200 deposit either through zelle/cashapp/venmo or cash day of & it will be returned after the walkthrough when your booking is complete, and everything is satisfactory with no issues
~Do not hang out in the front of house, be respectful of neighbors
~The end of your booking is when you and your last guest should be leaving, not starting to clean up. The beginning of your rental time is when you enter the space
~We will do a walkthrough at the beginning and end of the booking to document any issues
