1. Booked Time: Your reservation starts when you and your crew arrive and ends when you leave. Include setup and breakdown time in your booking.
2. Clean-Up: Please leave the studio as you found it. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if extra cleaning is needed.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
4. Catering: Outside catering is permitted.
5. Alcohol: No alcohol allowed unless approved with an event permit.
6. Parking: Street parking is limited; alternative parking is recommended for large groups.

The facility features a large studio, a smaller video studio, a green room for versatile use, and an office to meet your needs.
The studio offers a range of amenities including an on-site Studio Manager, a Cyc Wall, free street parking, and two restrooms. Additional features include lounge areas, a hair and makeup station, and a dressing room. High-speed internet ensures seamless connectivity throughout your event.
For those interested, photo and video equipment, along with professional photographers, are available as add-ons. You’re welcome to tour the space before booking to see if it’s a fit for your needs.
