Host rules

All garbage must be removed from the property after your booking. Heavy-duty garbage bags will be provided for safe transportation.
Add a "Pool Day Package" for $200 or "Pool Day Package Deluxe" for $300 to your booking request for pool usage.
No glass items are allowed in the pool area.
No DJ allowed or alcohol allowed.
No early arrivals.
No standing or wearing shoes on indoor or outdoor area.
Prohibited items: glitter, confetti, sand, paint, spray cans, fireworks, or weapons.
No frying, cooking, or open flames allowed on-site.
No underage drinking of alcohol.
Bring your setup for food and drinks.
Pets are allowed with prior approval.
Access to the office with the black door off the living room and the bedroom office behind a glass door is prohibited.
Dates are on a first-book/first-serve basis. No holds without a deposit or reservation.
Booking times include setup and teardown. Exceeding your booking time will result in overtime charges billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Early drop-offs or late pick-ups outside normal booking hours may incur additional fees.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays.
Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
Guests must remove all equipment or rentals brought in and account for this time in their booking hours.
Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls.
Furniture may be moved, but must be returned to its original setup before departure. Take photos of the initial setup to assist in re-staging.
Properly remove any tape or gummed backing materials.
Guests are responsible for any damages and will be billed to the credit card on file. Please report any damages that occur during your stay.
Guests must return the space to its original setup.
Restroom usage is limited to 25 people or fewer.
There are cameras in the outdoor area and the living room.
