About this space

Our versatile production studio features a 25' x 30' polished concrete stage with 15' ceilings, semi-gloss white cinderblock walls, and a large roll-up door for easy equipment access. The space is equipped with ample power outlets, a water spigot, and a floor drain, making it ideal for a wide range of creative projects.

We offer additional resources, including a Canon 5D Mark iii, various seamless backdrops, grip expendables, audio equipment, and more. With support from a veteran film producer, you'll have access to anything you need on-site.

- All trash must be removed from the premises; additional fees will be incurred for trash left inside the building or left inside the parking lot trash bins (fresh trash liners will be placed in all interior bins prior to client arrival for client usage)

Located in a safe business district, 2 blocks from the 134 freeway and between the 101 and the 5, our space is surrounded by restaurants, stores, banks, grocers, gas stations, parks, a medical center, and plenty of free all-day parking on nearby streets. All essentials for events or productions are within minutes by car or on foot.

Our flex space allows you to rent the entire building with all amenities or specific areas. Contact Antonio to arrange what you need. City permitting is easy and inexpensive.

The unmarked building with private parking offers a perfect stage for private and VIP shoots, table-top shoots, classes, seminars, set building, pop-up shops, art displays, mixers, casting, headshots, auditions, and more.
