Prices
Weddings & Events: Rates start at $800 per hour. This applies to an attendee or crew size of 24 or less, with a 6-hour minimum. Larger groups will increase the rate.

Host rules
No children, animals, or extra guests allowed unless part of the production.
Only the planned production is allowed on the property.
Extra attendees beyond the booking will result in an extra fee.
You can use household electricity for basic lighting only; anything else needs written permission.
Smoking/vaping only allowed in the designated backyard area, and all remains must be cleaned up.
Protect floors and carpets with boards or pads, especially in high-traffic areas or where equipment is set up.
Guests must wait in the courtyard or backyard; no loitering in front of the house.
Guests cannot wander around the neighborhood; they must stay on the property.
No fireworks, smoke machines, or similar devices.
No shoes inside the house; shoe covers are allowed.
Don’t wet or flood indoor floors.
No access to roof areas.
No drilling or damaging the building structure.
No illegal drugs on the property.
Stay out of restricted areas.
Avoid touching or leaning on walls.
Don't use or display the owner’s name or address.
Eating or drinking only allowed in the kitchen and dining areas.
No use of the kitchen without written permission.
Provide a list of drivers and attendees before the event.
Keep noise and music low after midnight.
Gym equipment is off-limits.
Hair and makeup must be done in the designated area.
Clean up all trash from the property and provide your own trash bags.
You are responsible for getting permits and ensuring legal parking for all vehicles.
Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and a site rep must be present for moves.
Set up catering outside with protection to avoid stains.
No drones or similar devices allowed, even with a license.
Only six vehicles can park inside the gates unless given special permission.
Use the downstairs bathroom by the front door for productions; rental restrooms can be used outside.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
