Event Space at The Perfect Space
About this space
Intimate event space with a main area of over 1300 square feet plus 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette area with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and prep table. The main area will include tables, chairs, white draping, uplights, a gold shimmer wall, and a Bluetooth speaker at no additional cost.
We have plenty of free parking in our front parking lot and more spaces in the back parking lot. Our venue also offers both décor rentals and décor packages for an additional fee.

Host rules
Fees & Booking:
Our site lists the real price; third-party sites may charge more.
Payment is due 4 weeks before the event or upon booking if within 4 weeks.
Non-payment could lead to event cancellation or denied venue access.
Deposit:
Deposit required for damages, refundable minus any damages.
Renter must provide personal details and a copy of ID.
Failure to sign the contract on time may lead to cancellation without a deposit refund.
Cleanup:
Renter must remove all personal items, trash, and food after the event.
Failure to clean up results in deposit forfeiture or a $100 fee.
The Owner is not responsible for items left behind.
Liability:
Renter is liable for damages, legal actions, and any loss of business opportunities.
Renter must indemnify and hold the Owner harmless against legal actions.
Disputes are resolved in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.
Other Terms:
No entry if sick; no drugs, smoking, or fire allowed, except for monitored chafing fuel.
Alcohol requires security; no pets, fighting, or weapons allowed.
All guests must remain inside during the event; loitering outside can result in extra fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
