Our North Atrium is a picturesque option for weddings of any size. With abundant natural light and a soaring, multi-story ceiling, it is a setting you and your guests won't soon forget.
Our catwalk provides a romantic and memorable entrance to your ceremony. Our built-in bars are perfect for your post-ceremony cocktail hour prior while your reception awaits behind dreamy, white curtains.
After dinner and toasts, you’ll waltz over to the dance floor with twinkle lights that will make you feel like you’re dancing under the stars.
The North Building rental includes 1st and 2nd floors.

Host rules
Please keep in mind that we do not allow outside vendors for alcohol sales and service and standard alcohol taxation applies. Glassware is not included in our bar packages.
We require Special Event Liability Insurance for your event. Certificates are due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your event date. Your insurance and that of all vendors must list Artifact Events, its landlord, employees, contractors, and contracted vendors as additionally insured parties and protect against bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and other loss arising out of your use and occupancy of the premises. The insurance must have a single liability limit of not less than $1 million and a general aggregate liability limit of not less than $2 million.
All tables require linens.
Non-for-profit organizations with donated alcohol will be subject to a corkage fee. This fee includes mixers and ice and is based on 4 hours of service. Fees are as followed: Sunday-Thursday $7 | Friday $9 | Saturday $11 | price per guest.
Shots and straight-up drinks are prohibited.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
