The South + Courtyard rental includes the Courtyard, Ravenswood Room, Loft, and Lounge.
The Lounge is ideal for cocktail hours, intimate meetings, presentations, or ceremonies. It features large glass doors open into the spacious courtyard, brick walls, and high ceilings.
Ravenswood Room has a large dance floor or dinner seating area, warm wooden floors, exposed brick, and wood beams.
The Loft boasts warm, wooden floors, wood beams, and exposed brick for an inviting, rustic feel.
Our Courtyard is a sublime choice for your ceremony or post-ceremony cocktail hour. Our soaring antique stone columns offer a backdrop that makes your day feel and look like a timeless work of art.

Host rules
Please keep in mind that we do not allow outside vendors for alcohol sales and service and standard alcohol taxation applies. Glassware is not included in our bar packages.
We require Special Event Liability Insurance for your event. Certificates are due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your event date. Your insurance and that of all vendors must list Artifact Events, its landlord, employees, contractors, and contracted vendors as additionally insured parties and protect against bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and other loss arising out of your use and occupancy of the premises. The insurance must have a single liability limit of not less than $1 million and a general aggregate liability limit of not less than $2 million.
All tables require linens.
Non-for-profit organizations with donated alcohol will be subject to a corkage fee. This fee includes mixers and ice and is based on 4 hours of service. Fees are as followed: Sunday-Thursday $7 | Friday $9 | Saturday $11 | price per guest.
Shots and straight-up drinks are prohibited.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
