About this space
With 1000 squere feet alredy decorated with high end details, that's one less thing on your photoshoot to-do list.
We have filled the studio with neutral tones so you can create whatever feel you for your brand or lifestyle shoot.
This includes a decorated "living room space" with a couch and other seating as well as mirrors and sideboard with a bar set-up. Additional props and decor items are avaiable as well!
Our west facing windows flood the space with natural light, giving you access to gorgeous golden hours and great bright light the rest of the day. Breathe easy knowing you won't be racing to capture the best light during your next shoot!

No smoking in the building.
All Parties/Events must end by 9 PM.
BYOB is allowed if nobody under 21 is in attendance and no hard liquor is served. For hard liquor service, a licensed and insured bartender must be hired.
No loud music
No confetti or glitter.
No removing any art from the walls.
No Illegal Activity.
No Drug Use.
No Animals.
The furniture may be moved with the exception of the fireplace display, the large window pane mirror, and display shelves. Any moved furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
The guest must also remove any excess trash (more than the allotted trash cans) Anything bagged can be taken to the building dumpsters, anything larger than that must be removed from the premises by the guest.
We have a speaker system for you to use for music. Do not bring DJ equipment or outside speakers into the space without WRITTEN PERMISSION from staff, we will ask you to remove them on the spot.
No Lighting of Venue candles (they are for decor purposes only). All candles brought into the space by you must be enclosed in the glass if being lit.
Set up and break down must be within the time booked.
All ages are allowed in the space.
