Great corner studio with a lot of daylight. Windows Facing South and West, direct sunlight during all day!
You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio.
The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.

🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only!
+$20 per seamless pull/color.
Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this when booking if you need to pull the paper under your feet.

🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not soundproof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear the train every 20 min.
General Rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss, paint splashes, smashed cake, broken glass, ashes, fake snow allowed, petals, soil, sand. Penalty Fee $200
-No alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $200
-No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20
-No tape of any kind on the walls.
-Fee for a lost key for the studio $100
-No food in the studio. There is a shared kitchen on the floor.

About MikSpace Chicago
We offer three spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Chicago. Our spaces include cyclorama as well as spaces with paper backdrops and Neon lights. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings 14 ft and are of 850-900 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with light equipment included.
