Two massive windows facing South, 900sqf, 14ft ceilings
You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio.
The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times.

🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min.
General Rules
-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
-No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200
-No heavy furniture (sofa, dinner table, etc.) on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200
-No water, liquids, glue, tape of any kind on the CYC wall/any other walls surface. Penalty Fee $200
-No confetti, glitter, feathers, faux moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, ashes, fake snow, soil, sand. Penalty Fee $200
-No guns, alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $200
-No pointy heels on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200
-Fee for a lost key for the studio $100
-No food in the studio. There is a shared kitchen on the floor.

-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space 5 min before the booking time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time).

About MikSpace Chicago
We offer three spaces as photo studios in loft buildings in Chicago. Our spaces include cyclorama as well as spaces with paper backdrops and Neon lights. All of our spaces have massive windows, high ceilings 14 ft and are of 850-900 sq. ft in size. All of our spaces come with light equipment included.
