About this space

We are a 10,000 sqft space. Our regular business is a dance studio so it is a big open space. We have it available to rent for weddings or private events on weekends. You would get access to the entire space of 6 different rooms. We have tables and chairs, event lighting, built in audio equipment.

We provide the space only, We do not provide decorations, setup crew, crew to work your event. You will need to provide this. We do have companies we work with who we can put you in contact with.

Wedding Offers

Multi-room Wedding Reception Space
$1200 total
We have a very large 10,000 sq ft space which consists of 6 rooms. 4 rooms are about 800 sq ft which could be used for wedding party rooms, gift or food rooms, or a lounge with a bar. Then a loft style room of 1500 sq ft with exposed brick wall would be great for a ceremony and our main ballroom which is 3000 sq ft. This room can easily seat about 125 people will room still for a bar and dance area.

The pricing of $1200 applies to a 3 hours booking, every additional hour is $400. On weekends we are flexible with the number of hours rented if you're using it after 3 pm. Anything before 3 pm is a minimum rental of $3000 to shut down our regular business.

We offer the space only. We do include tables and chairs for up to 125 people (we do not have linens) As well we will include professional audio and lighting equipment ready for a DJ to plug into and event lighting. You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. We do not have any restrictions on catering services.

Dance Center Chicago is one of the city’s largest and most diverse dance studios, located in the North Center Neighborhood. It’s approximately 10,000 sq ft, that houses a main ballroom, a loft style room, and 4 smaller private rooms.

We welcome artists of all forms to use our space for their creative outlets.
