About this space

The Parlor is a great place for meeting with your staff and associates. The place can seat up to 72 people in banquet rounds or 100 in theater style. We can fit up to 50 theater style if an A/V presentation is needed.

The room offers a sound system, projector, screen, and microphones and provides set-up and clean-up services.

The atmosphere of the place is influenced by the presence of vintage columns, unique due to their decorative details crown moldings, wooden floors, custom carpets, original marble fireplaces, and vintage furniture.

About Colvin House

Built in the first half of the 20th century and recognized for its Prairie Style of architecture, Colvin House impresses with a unique architectural fingerprint.

The venue is located across the street from Lake Michigan, which provides a ravishing background for your ceremonies and photos.

The fenced space of over 4,000 square feet with a lighted courtyard and lush gardens reduces the need for tent rental. In case of inclement weather, the entire event can be moved indoors.

Interior celebrations, surrounded by antique marble fireplaces, ornamental elements with traditional arch designs, and elegant crown moldings, provide a magnificent backdrop for your day.
