We offer very competitive pricing, starting at just $40/hour, with space that fits up at its vintage table to 6 people comfortably.

We provide a TV and Chromecast so you can make presentations and watch movies or your favorite shows for an additional level of partnership!

About Colvin House

Built in the first half of the 20th century and recognized for its Prairie Style of architecture, Colvin House impresses with a unique architectural fingerprint.

The venue is located across the street from Lake Michigan, which provides a ravishing background for your ceremonies and photos.

The fenced space of over 4,000 square feet with a lighted courtyard and lush gardens reduces the need for tent rental. In case of inclement weather, the entire event can be moved indoors.

Interior celebrations, surrounded by antique marble fireplaces, ornamental elements with traditional arch designs, and elegant crown moldings, provide a magnificent backdrop for your day.
