Host rules

- No smoking is allowed in the building or in the foyer area, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A fine will be applied.
- All events must conclude by 10 PM.
- Glitter or confetti cannot be used.
- All flames must be contained in glass.
- Nothing can be affixed to the walls (no nails, tape, etc.). Only self-standing structures may be used unless previously approved by management.
- Any damages to walls will be charged back to the client.
- Mandatory event insurance must include Host Liquor Liability for BYOB events or is required when using an insured bartender.
- No shots or neat pours are allowed.
- No self-service is allowed for bar.
- The maximum bar time is 5 hours.

The Fulton West is Chicago's newest event space featuring a loft-style blank space to let your event dreams run wild!

The newly renovated 3,500 square foot space is perfect for groups of 10-70 and accessible from the ground floor. The space is complete with 2 restrooms and a small outdoor patio to enjoy the Chicago weather.

The Fulton West is now available for micro-weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette outings, photoshoots, meetings, art installations, bar & bat mitzvahs, and more!
