About this space
More than just a space- a gathering experience where art, materials, and history mix. Our venue is an unexpected event space and step outside the ordinary and can host up to 85 people comfortably, with places to sit, lounge or congregate actively. It’s just off the bustle of Avenue at the tip of Wicker Park - part of “hipsterville” with a dash of flavor from the Puerto Rican sensibilities of Humboldt Park. *All beverage service shall strictly comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Alcoholic beverages cannot be served to under-aged guests at any time.
*No noise or amplified music after 11pm.
*No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted.
*Any damages that occur during the course of a rental will be at the sole responsibility of the renter.
*A cleaning fee is added to all rentals.
