The Forefront Training Room is perfect for large meetings, accommodating up to 80 people in a classroom-style setup. It offers customizable seating arrangements, BYOD compatibility, three wall screens and projectors, multiple AV inputs, two Meeting Owl Pro cameras, ceiling speakers, and wireless microphones for a seamless meeting experience.
The Impact Bar + Lounge Lounge can be reserved for private events, accommodating up to 100 people.
Classrooms 2D & 3D are versatile spaces capable of hosting up to 24 people in configurations like Classroom style, Pods, or U-Shape. These rooms offer tailored seating arrangements, BYOD compatibility, an 80-inch TV for presentations, two Meeting Owl Pro cameras for enhanced video conferencing, and the flexibility to allow food, with members required to sign for deliveries.
Conference room 3E and 3F are designed for productive meetings, accommodating up to 8 people in a Conference or Boardroom-style layout. The rooms offer the convenience of pre-arranged chairs and tables in a conference setup, BYOD compatibility, an 80-inch TV for presentations, and whiteboards for collaborative discussions.
The Level 4 Town Hall (A+B) is an excellent choice for large meetings, comfortably seating up to 84 people classroom-style, with a maximum capacity of 152. This space offers customizable seating arrangements, BYOD compatibility, two drop-down wall screens and projectors, two 98-inch video monitors, multiple AV input locations, two wall/ceiling-mounted PTZ video cameras, ceiling speakers, wireless microphones, and two wall-mounted touch panels for an immersive and interactive meeting experience.

Impact House is a 40,000 square-foot work club specifically for the city's Funders and Changemakers. The purpose of Impact House is to connect, serve and support Chicago's granting organizations and impact leaders. Its inclusive member community is committed to working together, intentionally sharing ideas and resources, to operate with greater efficiency while advancing Chicago's Impact goals.

Our 40,000 square foot, 3 floor unit is equipped with various classrooms, conference rooms, large meeting spaces, a bar and lounge, as well as inviting open areas with first come first serve seating.
