Agreed upon Terms
If the host is doing a package, all guests must participate unless otherwise specified by the venue. Due to health, safety, and liquor laws, all food and beverage must be supplied by The River Kitchen & Bar and consumed onsite.
Guest Count Guarantee:
To reserve a private room, there is a minimum of 25ppl x drink package chosen. To reserve a table, there is a minimum of 10ppl x drink package chosen. If the minimum is not met, the host will owe the remainder amount. Food, shots and other purchases count towards it as well.
Setup: The River Kitchen & Bar will choose the appropriate setup based on the number of attendees. If you need a specific setup, it must be discussed at least 5 days before the event. The setup cannot be changed the day of.
Decorations: Decorations must be approved by Event Planner beforehand. The host is allowed to arrive maximum 30 minutes before the Event Start Time to set up.
Payment: Payment is due on the date of the event. Card or Cash are accepted.
Staffing: The River Kitchen & Bar will provide appropriate staff for the event.
Cancellation: The Host must inform The River Kitchen & Bar (specifically the Special Events Manager) of cancellation of the event with at least 14 business days notice before the Event Date (business days= Mon-Fri). If proper cancellation notice is not given, $250 will be charged. Neither party will be held liable to this contract if the restaurant cannot perform obligations due to COVID-19. We can reschedule to another date if desired.
Rooms and Rental: You may only occupy the space for the time frame you reserved.

Kitchen & Bar will need the space back promptly at the end of your reservation time. If the group is not complying, The River Kitchen & Bar has the right to ask the group to leave. Also, hosts and guests cannot come into the space before the start of the event unless it is 30 minutes before to set up.
