Single day charter:
-Confirmed more than 7 days in advance: Deposit of $1,000 USD or 50% of total cost (whichever is greater) processed immediately. Remainder due 7 days before embarkation.
Confirmed 7 days or less in advance: Total price processed immediately.
Multi-day charter:
-Confirmed more than 30 days in advance: 50% deposit processed immediately. Remaining 50% due 30 days before embarkation, along with APA and taxes.
Rules:
- Maximum 12 passengers as per USCG regulations; no exceptions..
- All charters include captain and insurance.
- Must be 21 or older to book; photo ID and credit card required.
- No pets allowed; exceptions may be granted upon approval.
