This space is with carpet. Please bring clean or inside shoes. Damages to the carpet and/or the green screen/backdrops will require a replacement/damage fee.

• Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up, so please factor it into your booking hours.
• This space is with carpet. Please bring clean or inside shoes. Damages to the carpet and the green screen/backdrops will require a replacement/damage fee.
• Any space and equipment damage will require a replacement/damage fee.
• The use of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, or ashes, etc.) must be approved in advance with a refundable deposit.
• Please leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, a cleaning fee will be added depending on the work required.
• Music should be kept at reasonable levels. Live music must be approved in advance.
• No firearms.
• No smoking in the building.
• No criminal activity of any kind.
• Food and drinks are allowed.
• Vaping is allowed.
