Host rules

- Behavior: All guests are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while on the premises.
- Tampering Prohibited: Do not interfere with any security or safety devices (e.g., security cameras, smoke detectors, door locks).
- Decorations: Affixing decorations to walls is prohibited without prior written approval.
- Emergency Exits: The side door is for emergency use only. Please use the main entrance for entry and exit.
- Clean-Up: All trash must be disposed of in sealed trash bags, with liquids emptied beforehand. The space should be left in its original condition.
- Noise Control: Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume, particularly during late hours, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- Guest Limit: Adhere to the guest limit specified in the booking. Additional guests must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 per person.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the space. Smoking is permitted only 10 feet from the front entrance.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the venue.
- Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages are permitted.
- Damage Reporting: Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for any damage caused.
- Alcohol and Drug Use: BYOB is allowed with responsible consumption. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
- Safety: Guests are responsible for the safety of their attendees and should familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures.
- Parking: Follow designated parking instructions to ensure that driveways and access points are not blocked.
- Time Management: Ensure that the event starts and ends within the agreed rental period. Overtime may result in additional fees.
