- Emergency Exits: The side door is for emergency use only. Please use the main entrance for entry and exit.
- Clean-Up: All trash must be disposed of in sealed trash bags, with liquids emptied beforehand. The space should be left in its original condition.
- Noise Control: Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume, particularly during late hours, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- Guest Limit: Adhere to the guest limit specified in the booking. Additional guests must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 per person.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the space. Smoking is permitted only 10 feet from the front entrance.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the venue.
- Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages are permitted.
