A floor plan indicating locations of all decor, tables, bars, lighting, A/V equipment, displays, banners, signs, and/or other equipment must be submitted by Renter to and approved by the Manager at least seven (7) business days prior to the Event.
Special set-ups shall be furnished and paid for at Renter's expense, under the supervision of and subject to the approval of the Manager.
Renter shall not cause or permit any “hazardous materials” or “hazardous substances” (as defined in any applicable state, federal or local environmental laws) to be brought upon, kept or used in connection with the Facility or One North State by Renter, its agents, employees, contractors or invitees, nor shall Renter use or permit the use of any substances of any explosive or highly flammable, caustic, corrosive or toxic nature within the Facility or One North State Street.
Certificate of Insurance is required for all rentals.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
