A one-time fee of $200 applies if any artwork needs to be removed.
Alcohol may only be served by a licensed bartender with Dram Insurance.
Outside catering is not allowed, except for specialty items brought by guests (cakes, desserts, etc.).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Evening hours are available upon request.
Large events require hired security.
